Terms and Conditions- Investopedia Academy Early Bird Special

1. The Cryptocurrency Portfolio course (the “Course”) will not be available to early bird purchasers (“Purchasers”) until it is launched by Investopedia, LLC (“INV”).
2. The tentative launch date for the Course is March 30, 2018, which launch date is subject to change at INV’s sole discretion. In the event that the launch date is postponed by more than 3 days, INV will notify Purchasers by email.
3. The Purchaser shall be notified by email once the Course has been launched.
4. In the event that the Course launch date is delayed or suspended, or under any other circumstance whatsoever, INV reserves the right to refund the Purchaser in full, in which event INV shall have no obligation or liability to the Purchaser whatsoever.
5. The Purchaser may request a refund at any time prior to the launch date of the Course. Thereafter all refunds shall be governed by the Terms of Use.
6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, coupon, or discount.
7. This offer is only available until the Course launch date, or such date INV, in its sole discretion, chooses to cease offering this Promotion.
8. Discounts apply toward the purchase price of the Course only, and cannot be applied toward taxes or other fees.
9. This Promotion has no cash value, and is nontransferable.
10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
11. This promotion, and any use of the Course or any other INV product or service is subject to INV’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
12. In the event of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, INV’s Terms of Use, or other terms of any discount offered by INV, INV shall be entitled to suspend and/or revoke access to your Investopedia Academy account.
